hmmmmmmmmmm, maybe try signing over it in a darker pen, it depends on how you use it. I don't think too many people really look at it, it's mostly to protect you from someone stealing your card, if they try signing your name, they can use handwriting to prove fraud. If you're that worried call and ask for a replacement card. I sign my name really crappy on my card, it's just scribbles. |

How did you sign it wrong? If you used the wrong name contact the credit card company for a replacement. They will probably cancel the card you have and re-issue another.
If you are tryng to commit fraud you will get caught eventually. |

Well, if YOU sign you cannot say it's fraud. However, if you stupidly did not look at the total figure BEFORE signing, and the vendor inserted a number that you did not agree to, or made a mistake, call the vendor first. If you cannot rectify that way, call your credit card company and explain, then file a fraud statement. |

When you have to purchase a item tell the cashier that you messed up on the signing of your name and show them your photo id with the correct spelling of your signature. Or call you credit card company and tell them your issue and they will tell you what to do. |
