my bf has not worked for the past 6 months (he was a business man and went bankrupt)now, he has gathered all the money he can and paid a deposit for the place he is renting. now, he is suffering bcs he needs at least £3000to buy all d stock and start the business, but his bank is overdraft, he has passed his credit limit so won't get a loan, and me i am not british not europeean and have been refused loans... we have tried to turn to the people who called themselves our 'friends' but everyone turned us their back.
if he doesn't find the money in a week's time he will not be able to take his deposit back.
i am working in a small hotel as a recep. i'v never been a bad person but i am now thinking to steal money via the pdq machine of the hotel, and that is by refunding a bank account that belongs to someone i don't know but a not-so-close friend of my bf and then leave my job.
i am soooo confused and stressed, i don't wanna do that but i do not seem to have any other chance? pls help Additional Details why is nearly everyone telling me to DUMP him? if it was u, how would u feel if ur gf leaves u when u need her most?? he is not a bad business man he just had bad luck, and i want to find out which company can offer me a loan even half of the amount stated?? |

I am sorry about your problems and do understand.Your bf seems a bit of a dreamer. He has failed in business at least once. That doesnt mean he is a failure in life(yet). Why can't he stop these delusions and get a boring old "normal" job.Get back to basics, clear his debt and build on good foundations, not always relying on other peoples money and his own fantasies.Do not under any circumstances resort to criminal activity to support this man.You will be caught.Wake up and if you can get him to too.As an after-thought,are you sure you are not being conned by this man?As other yahoo'ers have said how has he got an overdraft.I cannot and have never been bankrupt or had CCJ's .Be careful |

you are going to risk a prison sentence and a criminal record to give money to a man who is already bankrupt?????
I think you need to think carefully about this guy. He is going to get you into BIG trouble
He won't go to prison you will.
You are being used babe, leave him now.

sounds like your b/f is a con artist - DON'T DO IT! Is he a discharged bankrupt (paid everything to satisfy the court) if not, how can he be starting another business legally? |

in this country it is illegal for a bankrupt to have an overdraft, or any form of credit, so he is spinning you a line (lying) about his overdraft.
so do you want to go to jail for someone who is lying to you, your call. |

Nooo dont do that. Your work will know its you as they can see what shift you were on and the fact that the refund is going back onto your card! Try doing a car boot sale to sell some of your own items or asking friends and family if there is something they can donate for you to sell.
If you dont have money dont spend it... it is as simple as that!
There are a few places who will give you credit regardless of your history but they are genrally high interest loans and in back street.... search the internet and you will find them! |

If he has been declared bankrupt then he would have had his bank account taken away. He will not be able to get a loan because of this. This all sounds a bit odd to me. Not the answer you want I know, but please tread carefully this does not sound right. |

Your b/f needs to get a job and start saving the money to start his new business like everyone else. The friends won't lend him money because they realize he's a bad risk and a bad businessman. Your not "helping" this guy, yourself, or the poor victim if you steal. Get out of his life before you get into jail! |

DO NOT do this. You cannot help your boyfriend by going to jail and losing your job, and the $ just plain isn't yours- it isn't right. Your boyfriend needs to get off his duff and get a job, even if it's just a simple job to make $ for now- anything will do. Why are you with him? He is a financial train wreck, and your relationship together is having a bad influence on you if you are actually considering stealing. Your 'so called' friends are right not to give out a loan- they know they will never get the $ back. Take a look at their opinion of the situation- and ditch the looser boyfriend. There is NO reason for someone to be unemployed for 6 months (if they're not disabled). His new business will tank too- sorry to be harsh, but he is financially irresponsible and about to suck you in too. Take a hint from your friends and remove yourself from the situation, or you'll go down with him.
Everyone's telling you to DUMP HIM because that's what you need to do- he's dragging you down with him, and you're too blind to see it. Leave him, find a great guy who has an ounce of sense- this one doesn't. You want to spedn the rest of your life with him, barely able to afford to even rent a place? That's what you have to look forward to with him... |

get rid of him. dont turn yourself into a criminal.find someone else .you know it makes sense. |

Do it, if you want a criminal record and possibly a prison sentence. And who would employ you after? Dump the looser!
You may also get deported. (Hopefully!) |

huni i can understand ur situation, it must be very hard and stressful but stealing is not the answer it will not solve anything but make things worse to be honest. i suggest taking loans from ppl u no a little amount from everyone dnt say a huge cos then like u sed they'll turn their backs.
ask where u work if they can give u a loan and you'll work it off tell ur boyfriend to find a job every penny counts. trust me stealing is not the answer what ever you steal i believe in the end you'll have to pay double tht amount back
hope i helped |

Please think carefully about what your doing ..And DON'T do it ..Tell him to get a job doing whatever he can for now and save..Other opportunities will come his way..If he is pressuring you to steal for him Don't and seriously consider what type of relationship you two have...All the best.. |

Do not do that, all that will happen is you being caught.
When asking friends to lend you money it can be a very slippery slop. Most people do not have £3000 to spare. Why can't he ask his family for help.
He has gotten himself into this mess, and he is pulling you down with him. He is putting you in a bad situation and it seems he has put it to you to help him. He is only your bf. Tell him that you are not prepared to risk everything so he can continue down a road that will end up in a dead end.
Just worry about yourself. You are important and not him.
GET OUT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... |
|

He got himself into this mess - he can get himself out without you messing up your life to 'help' him. The reason everyone's telling you to dump him is because he's a loser. And if you stay with him, especially if you steal money for him, you will be a loser, too! |

1. Don't steal. You'll ruin your life. Nobody will employ you later. And if your bf business fail, who's going to feed the both of you? You need to keep the job for both of your survival.
2. Your bf needs to find a job to start bringing back some cash to steady the boat first before thinking of starting a business. He has other more important issues to tackle first if he wants to become successful in business.
For one, he needs to repay his debt and build a good credit score. Which banker will loan him money for his business if he has a bad credit score? If he wants to build a big business then eventually he'll need financing from the bankers.
3. If your "friends" won't help you, talk to both your and his family. Family members will be more willing to help you compared to your friends. |
