It means "Collect on Delivery"
They bring the package to your door and you pay for it on the spot.

Cats Or Dogs. Not too many people accept them as payment in non third world countries.

Oklahoman
It means Cash On Delivery is not accepted. You can't just hand cash off to the delivery person, another words. Gotta pay by check or credit card. (Debit card is also an option if available.)

cash on delivery.. like when they bring you the product you pay the person delivering it. its really not in use that much anymore with the emergence of credit cards and what not.... sort of an "out-dated" term

It means they will not deliver to you and have you pay when the item arrives. You have to pay when you order.

Cash On Delivery! It means you pay for the item when you receive it at your house.

COD is an abbreviation for cash on delivery. The drawback with COD is that you must be home and able to retrieve the item you ordered...and pay for it on the spot. Unless you are at home 24-7...there is no guarantee that the delivery person will even find you at home and hence...it is a waste of their time. As they say...time is money?? Try a different method such as debit or credit. Good luck on your purchase.

It means Cash On Delivery. if it is not accepted it means you must pay for the goods at the time of purchase, not when they arrive. Cash on delivery is when the delivery guy brings whatever it is you bought to your house and you only pay then. You must phone in your credit card details or mail the payment before they will post out the goods. hope this helps!
