If you don't pay it a couple or more times, they'll just come to tow it away from you and you'll have a bad credit. Tell them you need more time and sell it if you can and pay them as much as you can. |

If you can't afford to make this month's payment, simply call your bank and ask for the loan department and ask them for an extension and explain whatever your situation is to them. With my past experience, if you communicate w/ them, they will try their best to work with you. However if you don't communicate with them and simply don't make a payment or get several months behind, they will come out and repo your car. Good Luck! |

Not only will they reposses the car, but you are really going to mess up your credit. You may even still end up owing money if they sell it for less than what you owe. |

The car will most likely be repossesed. |

You need to talk to the company, and see what they suggest, maybe it's possible you can get another car that is cheaper, or maybe someone else can take over the payments. Check with the company and the bank, and see what you should do.
Hope everything works out for you. God bless. |

it'll get repossessed. see if you can get in touch with the people who financed you... you may be able to work something out with them, like extending your car note and lowering your payments |

No matter what you do, you're in for a bad mark on your credit.
Here's an option though. Take the car back to the dealer. Explain the situation and have them re-selll the car. You'll then be responsible for the difference. Get a loan to cover that. You're out but at least you will be able to afford the payment.
You also have the option of re-financing the car through your bank before your credit turns bad.
Another option; Advertize the car for take-over payments. Someone will snatch it up and you'll be off the hook. |

If you keep missing payments then the bank you financed from will send out the repo man and your vehicle will be repossessed. |

well they will try to repossess it, you make be able to talk with your finance company to see if there are any other options for you, if they are unable to repo the car the will continue to call and hassle you. Since you cannot afford it it may be best maybe to find a better paying job or let the car go back, There are several options available to you. the finance company prob. will not be very nice depending on how late you are it always good to ask. and also depending on your situation you may also be able to defer your car payment. that is where you can have you payments set back as to where they give you a month or two before you have to make another payment, yes it will take longer to pay off that way, but it helps when you need financial help, PLEASE do not file bankruptcy that will haunt you for the rest of your life. Only do that if your debt is SO high that you do know how to get it back down. Hope this helps, I have been in your shoes and I know others who have as well. call the finance company and see what options they have for you :) |

it's going to get reposessed and it's going to hurt your credit. try to sell the car before your first payment is due. you might want to call the loan department and see if they or the collections department can do a one time loan extension to give you more time. |

The bank will eventually repossess it. You need to sell it or file for bankruptcy. |

collection agencies will start calling. you can try to work something out with your lender to see if you can make smaller payments.
if you continue not to pay, it will be repossessed.
all of this is effecting your credit, which will affect you for any future loans/mortgages/credit cards so get it straightened out ASAP |

After 2 missed payments they take it back. You may NEVER be able to get that off your credit report. Which means problems when ever you buy a car, rent an apartment, buy a home, get ANY type of loan. And if you do get a loan after a repo you will have to pay VERY high interest rates since rates are based on your credit score.
If I were you I would call the collections department and tell them the situation you are in and see what they suggest. Even if you have to sell you car back to a dealer and cover the remainder of the loan do it. As long as you avoid the repo and keep your credit clean its worth it.
Next time you make an investment make sure you do the math and make sure you can afford it.
I'm not trying to be tough. I have been there and I know from personal experience (and through my previous job as a loan officer) this kinda stuff can really ruin your life for years to come. |

Normally after 3 missed payments the bank will repo the car. If they repo the car they will report it, and your credit will be dinged with a repo. Some banks will auction off the car and make you responsible for the difference of what you owe and what they get. |

After 90 days without a payment they will repo it. |

Repo to begin with. then sue you to recover difference, garnish your wages, take all the money out of your bank accounts. Credit ruined for at least the next 7 years. |

I hope they sterilize you so you cannot breed and spread your defective genes amongst the gene pool. You are the reason why everything costs so much more money. |

Not only will they repo the car, but your credit rating will tank, too. Try selling the car, quickly, or go to your bank and see if you can get a longer term loan from them. That would lower your payments. |
