Any government issued picture ID such as Driver's Licence, Military ID, Passports.
Check the name and make sure it looks real and sorta like the person. |

You should also check the expiration date, and see if the card is signed and the signature is close to the ID signature. |

Usually a stolen ID can't be backed up with more ID so I would ask a question on the card and see if they could answer it... |

well... if you suspect fraud... make sure that the date of birth makes sense... if the woman you have looks 40 but it say's she was born in the 80's you know you have a problem... you can also quiz them on their information like what's your address, are you a donor, when's your birthday, etc... |

That's it, generally the reason it says Check ID is because the person does not want to sign the card in case it gets stolen. |
