i bought a car on June 5th this year ( 200-7-) Now i pay around 425 dollars for it every month , and as per insurance around 198 .
i make around 750 dollars a month .
i am doing this because i want to be independent from my parents. If i don't start somewhere then i will never be on my own . anyway emotional stuff aside..hehe.
When can i refinance my loan , currently it's around 6-7%
I think my credit score went high , my equifax is 669 , when i checked right now on creditinform.com.
I have chase bank , you think they can lower it ?
do you know how much lower they can go ? around 300 maybe?
i am goin to take defensive driving class also , i heard that saves a lot of money also on insurance..

Do you mean 750 a week. Probably so, but if that's the case, you have a very good rate now, and the only way to get a better payment if you refinance a year later with money down. |

You probably won't get a better rate than that, if you only make $750 a month how could you afford a $425 payment and $198 insurance payment, that's basically all your salary after gas and expenses, maybe you should have gotten a cheaper car or pay cash for it. |

You are not going to get a rate any better then that.... it's actually a pretty decent rate these days.
But that car is WAY more then you can afford. You are putting like 75% of your income into something that LOSES value. You need to sell the car and buy something for like 2 grand CASH!
Rich people dont have car payments... you are so strapped down, you can barely afford to put gas in it. You cant get ahead in life when your car payment+ insurance is 75% of your income. |
