You can try, anything below 5K is small claims court. However, trying to sue doesn't mean you'll succeed, and even if you win, collecting the debt is going to be difficult. You gaurenteed the debt. Ultimately, you are responsible. |

YES, only if you have a contract with that person stating that they were going to make the payments and were going to receive the item once it was paid off...
