by law they have to tell you what credit scoring company theyy used. when you have this probably equifax write to them and ask for your financial report enclose £2. then read though it and check everything is right.

well i no this if you never had a ccj then there will be no bad credit score but u can still get knocked back credit card companys send information to experian & equfax to see how u pay ur bills to them this is done monthly to give u a scoring points as they work it but if u had a ccj then u have 2 wait 6 years if u just leave it my advice send 4 ur file which will cost £2 then u will b 100% sure wats goin on with ur credit and u get a leaflet which tells u how 2 get a paid bill off thier system which is allowed as long as the bill was paid in full there may be a fee 4 this it will also give details of other people that lived in that house b 4 u or even with u now |
