Why don't you get a prepaid credit card. You do have to 18 but a parent may agree to get one in their name and give it to you.
You will not be in any danger of running up huge bills because you will only able to spend what you have put on it. They work brilliantly for online buying.
They can be topped up at any Post Office for free. |

as you have to be 18 to get credit, i would say 18, wouldnt you
of course you can buy online a lot earlier than that, just not with a credit card. |
