When you order something from Amazon.com, does the title of the thing you ordered show up on the credit card bill?
I just wanted to know becuase I may want to order things my parents cant see ;]. So I was wondering if the title of the product is shown on the credit card bill.

No it won't be on the bill, but it will say amazon.com. Their site keeps track of everything you purchase, so make sure they don't see your account history. |

Here's what it looked like on my online credit card statement:
12/04/2007 #AMAZON.COM $172.25
So my answer is no, but I don't know for other credit cards. What you bought DOES show up on the invoice, however, so if they see that, you're in trouble. |

Nope. It will show the dollar amount and the vendor. So, in this case, it will show Amazon.com as the vendor. No titles of the items you bought are shown. |

It all depends on the individual you are purchasing from.
Most online stores, even adult stores, do not have "You Purchased a Sex Toy" on the invoice or on the box.
If you purchase something not "Parental Appropriate" you should ask the seller what s/he puts on the statement and package.
Everything I have ever ordered from stockroom.com or even ExtremeRestraints.com has come in a plain box with a bland corprate name on the statement.

When I look at my credit card statement, it just says "Amazon purchase" and then the amount spent. I've never seen what I ordered on my statement. The only thing that really lists what you order is when they send an email of your purchases. I use my visa. I don't know how other credit cards present it though. |
