try going to your local banks and ask them if they offer secure credit cards, or credit cards for students. also try www.student.accountonline.com that's where i got my first credit card when i was in high school. |

You can't. Everytime you sign your credit card charge slip, you are signing a contractual agreement to pay according to your card agreement---another contract. You cannot legally enter a binding contract if you are not 18.
Some CC's might send you a card on accident without realizing you're not 18, beucase not all are very good at checking. |

The only way this is possible and to remain legal is if your parents or another adult gets a card issued to you on their credit card. It is not possible for an underaged person to hold a credit card. |

Hi there, it depends on how old you are. Most credit card companies will only accept 18 years and older....you need to be a legal adult. You could check with Chase and see if they have one for high school students. You can also get one of those pre-paid VISA's. Put in money whenever you get it then you can use the credit card. Good luck in finding one!! |
