there are many places advertising low doc loans for people with bad credit or no credit history. these places generally have substantially higher interest rates which will more than likely cause more bad than good, if you have had money props before. see a mortgage broker if it is for a home loan cause they will find a lender who's interest rates and loan requirements suit you. i recommend mortgage choice |
