I don't think such a thing exists.
Most forward-thinking people wouldn't dream of co-signing a loan. There's simply no up-side to it. If circumstances change and you can't pay the loan back, the co-signer becomes liable for the loan.
If there were someone that I wanted to co-sign a loan for, I'd need to be prepared to pay the loan off, and if i were prepared to do that, i'd probably just give them the money instead of having them borrow it. |

I don't think it will be possible. Only your family members will agree to cosign, a person who don't know you why should cosign for you. If ytou fail somehow what will happen to him.
