I dont know of a pre-paid credit card with money already in it....Pre-paid means you put the money on the card, then use it; a credit card uses your credit history to establish an amount to "loan" you money: pre-paid credit card, not gift/bebit card, right?? National City has pre-paid credit cards |

I think you mean a debit card, because then the lender does not have to issue you a line of credit; you just paid them cash.
Be aware that some entities (rental car companies) will not accept debit cards - only credit cards. They are not the same thing. |
