Depending on which kind you get, you may still need to send off for one, as I did with the Virgin Prepaid Mastercard, but I only had to wait for a couple of days.

OK. Probably too late for you, but if you check the below link you can get the cheapest gas/electricity/telephony/broadband/pay as you go mobile all on one bill together with a pre paid mastercard which if you spend at certain places also gives you 5% off your utility bill.

I think i've seen them at the supermarket like vons or albertsons even wal-mart or food 4 less. It was like a visa or mastercard. Call ahead so you don' t waste your time
