A loan to pay off other debts is just shifting your debt around. You are also lowering your score by applying for loans.
Instead, you should learn to live within your means. Make a strict budget. Eliminate all the extras -- cell phone, eating out, new clothes, etc. Put every penny you can squeeze out of that budget on the highest interest rate debt, while making minimum payments on the rest. When the highest interest rate is paid off, move to the next till they are all paid in full.
Speed up the process by increasing your income. Get a second job -- pizza delivery seems to be a good option. Have a garage sale, collect aluminum cans, mow neighbors lawns.
If you put a little effort into it, you can have all your debts paid off within 2 or 3 years. And you'll build up a good credit history which should improve your score. |

I would love to assist you but I think you need to modify your question and advise as to what kind of loan you are looking for, and just what you mean by "bad credit". Do you know their credit score? But, if they have collateral, it shouldn't be to hard to find a company or individual to make them a smallish type loan, as people that have real bad credit can still purchase a car, even though it would be financed at a very high interest rate. Help us further and any of us that have experience in this field will try to help further. |

I am confused by your question. You say you have bad credit, so this means you're not so good at handling debt. This doesn't make you a bad person, just a bad credit risk. So, why would you be interested in borrowing money?

Uh, getting a loan isn't paying off your debts and bills, it's just moving your debt around - you'll still owe the amount, in the form of payments on the loan.
With a credit score that low, you won't find it easy to get any kind of loan, especially an unsecured one like this would be. |
