Well, depends on what type of loan. If you want an UNSECURED loan, and you have a job + bank account, try CASHCALL (www.cashcall.com).
If you want a smaller, secured loan with a lower interest rate, try American General or Household Financial Credit (HFC). |

Home equity lines of credit are intended for those with good credit. If your credit is "not so good" than its doubtful you would qualify for that type of loan. You would do much better if you refinanced with a traditional mortgage. Find a LOCAL mortgage broker in your area to work with ... they can work miracles sometimes at finding low interest rates. |
