you need to call the company that you're overdue with and ask them if they've transferred the balance to a collection agency. if they have they'll be able to tell you which one and how to get in contact with them. |

Go to freecreditreport.com. You can get your credit score for free and if you are showing any deliquent accounts, if they were reported they would be on there. It's free for thirty days so you would need to cancel it after you view it. |

If you get a copy of your credit report, it will show any accounts that were sent to collections.
You can get a FREE report by going to the government mandated site at http://www.annualcreditreport.com
While it's the law the collector has to contact you, that only means they send you a letter to your last known address. It can easily be lost sent to an old address, so you would never know. |
