It depends on what it's for. If it's for a home or new car, then you can get one just about anywhere if you have good credit.
If it is just a personal loan, there is no such thing as low interest. You would have to go to a payday loan place and pay more than you could ever imagine, and you would only wind up in worse financial shape.
If you need cash, start by selling your computer. Get a second job if you haven't already. If you have, get a third one. |

well all of what most people say maybe true... i doubt things will be as tough as they are described, such as the bailout that took place...
some banks would still offer low rate cards, on average you'd pay anywhere been 19-28% on the average credit card, some cards do offer a low rate, but to qualify i'm sure you'd need a good rating... (700+)
so i can't say, it can't happen at all..some people actually suggest that this by far a long shot... i doubt it though .
hope for the best, research, and shop around..call up banks..talk to them... again research..nothing right now in the credit world is guaranteed, lots of stuff is going on you'll have to gather enough information and know as much as possible about your current credit standing before making any step.. because everything else depends on that and your income.
