There are many lenders who specialize in this type of loan. If you are looking for a car loan for example try www.autoapproved.com. Or for a mortgage loan www.lendingtree.com.

Well first of all, what is your total financial picture? Do you have a checking/and or savings account? Because if you can show regular savings and good checking account management for 6 months or more then that is the first step to gaining credit.

Let's say you have no credit but have a checking account. You want to be banking with a small lender. Are you a member of a credit union? The ultimate small lender. Next, if you can make a loan with the bank or credit union. That is right make a loan that they can't refuse the terms. How you say?

Just follow these steps.

1. You take $500.00 and put it in a separate savings account.
2. Next you have your branch manager collateralize it.
3. That is they are paying you 2% but you agree to payback5.5.
4. Make sure this is being reported to credit bureaus.
5. Make the loan for the max amount of time. 60 months is good.
6. Pay the loan on time or better yet ahead of time for 4 months.
7. Now go back to same bank and ask for an overdraft, line of credit on your checking account.
8. It may only be $100 - $250.00 but the idea is to start small.
9. Then save up another $300.00 maybe even using $100.00 from line of credit and go to another bank and repeat process.
First get a collaterlize loan, that is reported to credit bureaus. Now you check credit at annualcreditreport.com after 6 months and you should have 3 positive ratings, plus you can now apply for an unsecured credit of $1,000 and on the application you put two savings accounts, and one checking plus the two loans paid as agreed.

Don't use too much credit from the unsecured credit card and if you allow the credit bureaus to sell your information (don't opt out) then after a couple of months like clockwork you will get pre-approved offers. This is the best type.
As you pay down your secured accounts you can now ask for unsecured larger credit from the previous first two banks.
Finally, you can get different credit cards like store or gas cards. But don't go crazy. Credit is like a loaded gun, it must be treated with care and respect or it can destroy you.

If you have credit issues then you'll have to take care of those before you can increase your scores. I hope this helps.
But I have trained many people to do this and it works.

Good Luck

If it is a "must" ask a relative to help you and keep away from loan sharks, including banks. If it is not a "Must", save your money till you have the amount you need to borrow.

Bad credit is one of the worst problems to have... however there exists a solution.

I will hereby talk from my personal experience.

I did debt consolidation a couple of years ago, however If I had to do it again I would pay to some minor details,
if someone wants to get out of debt today it is pretty easy with a debt consolidation plan, however it may get a bit tricky at times, I suggest you get as much information as possible online on this first,

a good place to start in my humble opinion is astraight to the point ebook with question and answer I found :

http://umgarticles.atspace.com/debt-consolidation.htm

if it helps kindly remember me in your voting!.. cheers!

Loan shark.

Nobody wants to make loans to people who have a history of not paying them back. Loan sharks can be an exception as they have special ways of encouraging you to repay.
