You can always ask for a secured credit card from any major credit card company or even your bank. It will help you build your credit for better cards and they can even upgrade your secured card. Also, if you need one right away, you can always try a prepaid Visa from the grocery store. You buy them and put money on them. You can also order them online with your name on them, so it's actually yours, but you control it. You load those at the store too.
