Who do I complain to about PayPal?
Additional Details Recently I sold an Ipod on Ebay for £120, and I used PayPal to transfer the fund. However as I did not enter my full name I could not transfer funds into my bank account, so I opened a new PayPal account and transffered the money across. 3 days later PayPal limited my account, and reversed transaction. However as money was taken out, one account has £120 and the other account has a negative £120. All accounts are limited now, and I believe NCO is going to contact me to collect the debt, as PayPal is not going to transfer funds. I feel this is unfair, and they have messed me about for 6 months. Any suggestion?
There are a lot of bogus emails going around about Paypal, that are fakes.
If you have a problem with Paypal service, contact their customer service department.
If it's a problem with buying or selling something on EBay, contact EBay customer service.

First you should know that paypal is an ebay branch of service that is virtually separete, but technically the samem. First you open a case on the net withing your account. go through the process then if you are not satified call this number
