You have come up with the dumbest idea possible. If you do that you will only increase your debts not decrease them.
The only sensible thing to do is to manage your debts.
Suppose that you owe money to five different creditors and each creditor wants £25 per week. Suppose that after cutting down a little if possible on expenditure you find that you can afford to pay £50 per week off of your debts. That means you can afford to pay each creditor £10 per week.
You write to each one and offer £10 per week. They will write back and make threats of court and bailiffs because they are greedy and want more. You write back to them and tell them to sod off, £10 is all they will get and if they threaten court then call their bluff. No court will make you pay more than you can afford to pay and your creditors know this.
Do not be afraid of their threatening letters. Providing you are prepared to pay what is reasonable there is nothing they can do to you.
If one of your creditors persists in trying to get you to pay more then tell them if they do not stop bugging you, you will reduce the amount you pay them to £8 and you will give the other £2 to one of your more reasonable creditors.
Creditors and their agents are often bullies who like to frighten people into paying.
I once had a bailiff come to my door demanding more money than I could afford. I said to him the following
"Listen bollock brains, when I get some spare money I put all my bills into a top hat, stir them around and pick out one or two of them and pay a bit off of those. Anymore nonsense from you and you will not even go in the hat." I then slammed the door in his face. I had no more trouble from him.
On another occasion a bailiff phoned me and threatened to seize my goods to cover the cost of my debt. I informed him that if he dared to do that I would visit his office and seize his goods to cover the cost of what he seizes from me. On another occasion still a debt collection agency threatened to send someone around and I said OK I will be waiting with a baseball bat. They never turned up.
If you are in the UK no bailiff or debt collector has the right to break into your home unless they have permission from a court. They can enter however, if your door or window is open, so don't open it when they are on the prowl. No court will give them permission to break in if you are prepared to pay what you can reasonably afford. |

I think defaults only last 3years ( youll need to check that out). They are not as bad as ccj's so you should still be able to get aloan with resonable rate. Try the funding corporation I have ccj's and got 5,000 from them at 160 mth. They have all sorts of plans . I think they may have a website to. |

At this time most of the company provide loans to people with bad credit. So that not a big problem.
but one thing that is important is the interest rate which they charge for this loan. So if you need a bad credit loan first check that what they charge on it.
we suggest you some company which is best in bad credit loan and its interest rate is also reliable for us.

Bad Credit Does Not Mean You Cannot Get A Loan. One of the most popular resources for researching bad credit loans is the internet. Almost all lenders have web sites that provide guidelines and information about their bad credit loan programs, and some even offer online<!--application processes. As noted above, though, don’t fill out large numbers of applications or you may damage your credit rating further. One way to avoid this is to use an independent loans brokerage, who will make applications on your behalf only where they know you are likely to be successful. You may find a bad credit loan here,
http://best-loans.awardspace.com/
Do some research before you submit any loan applications. Check out several lenders, ask about their interest rates and loan terms, and find out more about their loan process. Be careful, though, not to submit a flurry of applications in a short period of time. Activity such as this can actually-->make your credit rating worse, so make sure you learn as much as possible about each lender’s program before deciding whether or not to complete an application. You can also work with an independent loan broker to help determine which lenders have programs that fit your individual circumstances. |

If you have a bad credit history still the loan market place is full of lenders who are ever willing to offer you a fresh loan. But you should be meeting some conditions laid down by the lenders. Loans for bad credit people are in fact easier to get then they were ever before, thanks mainly to cut-throat competition amongst the lenders. Lenders are giving loans to the bad credit people who have late payments, payment defaults, arrears, county court judgments or any credit problems. These loans are available for any purpose like home improvements, purchasing a new or used car of your choice, for wedding and holiday tour, debt consolidation or for paying child’s tuition fees.
Every lender in approving loans surely likes to see if the bad credit borrower has sufficient capacity to repay the loan in timely manner. If the borrower earns well, has regular bank balance, has been an employee for some years and has a convincing loan repayment plan in place, then the lenders do not usually hesitate much. So ensure that you have adequate repaying capacity before applying for a loan. Also, you should first check your credit report for any errors. If your credit score is too low then you would be charged a very high rate of interest. So it is advisable to first pay off some easy debts to improved credit score and then you should apply for loan at better rates.
