You dont need a credit card. All they are good for is getting you into debt.
Use a debit card instead.
Pay as you go and live on less than you make and you will have money.
Debt free is the way to be!

it could be that you have no credit history and/or insufficient income. rejection letters are required to indicate the reason for rejection.
I would also get a copy of your credit report (you are entitled to one if you were denied credit because of it) and review it to make sure that there is nothing on there that shouldn't be. |

You should apply at Macys or Capital One. They will give a credit card to people with no credit history.
Don't just get any credit card. You do not want to be stuck. |

try for a gas card, and a store department charge card
and some cell phone providers will report to credit
agencies. |

If you want to establish credit, then the only advice I can give you is to go to a loan company and ask for a starter loan. They usually do up to about 500.00 and it builds your credit. Credit cards are what I got to build my credit and ended up screwing my credit up. Then I found out about the starter loans. You could probably even google starter loans to get a little more information on it. If I could start all over then thats what I would have done from the get go. I hope I helped some and if you really really want a credit card, I got my first with no credit from Capital one. I really hope you look into the starter loans first though. Good Luck**** |

You aren't being approved because you have no established credit. You should try HSBC and if that doesn't work you should get a pre-paid credit card that reports to the bureau. As long as you pay that well, you will start getting credit offers in no time! Good luck! |

It's as frustrating as Graduating from H/S or College and you go from job to job 'all' wanting 'experience'...I usta say, "How the he** can I get 'experience' if nobody hires me"?!?
There are Credit Card companies out there that 'deal' w/this.
Most require a small deposit, ($300/$350) which if you keep the Card in good standing, you'll get it back in 1 yr. They usually give you a $500 credit line based on the $350 Deposit you have put down.
Look around, they're out there! GOOD LUCK |
