By law, you are allowed to see one copy of your credit report from each of the 3 credit reporting bureaus each year. You will have to pay about 6.00 to see the credit score (worth it in my opinion).
To access the free credit report- you have to go through a specific web site: www.annualcreditreport.com
Be aware that there are knock off site (freecreditreport.com etc) that try to confuse you. So make sure you use www.annualcreditreport.com
Since you can get one from each bureau a year -- I will pull one report from one bureau every 4 months. That way I can monitor the report all year long.
If there is something on your report you disagree with - you can dispute it. |

The very best place to check your credit report, for free, is at AnnualCreditReport.com
It gives you the most detailed report. All others don't show you the 3 scores you need. You can do this once a year for free.
If your credit score is 0 that means you need more credit experience. You need 2 years worth.

you should get copies of your credit reports from the three major credit-reporting companies. They will be free to you since your credit's been declined. See what it says on the reports and maybe you can fix it. |

If you have no debt or credit cards you have no credit. For phones, it's even better to have bad credit than none. My friend has terrible credit and he got afamily plan with no deposit with Verizon. You have to get a credit card and pay it off every month so they can see you have credit. |

i think u should check a free credit report. maybe u have a debt u didnt know about? because if u have a good credit rating u should be accepted straight away. im 18 and i have a contract pone on no credit rating (obv i have no bills to pay) also when u have it, try organise it to coe out on payday cuz then theres no way u can miss a payment etc. good luck x |

Everytime someone accesses your credit report, you immediately lose a percentage point.
Don't apply to more than 3 in a 6 month period or your credit will be in the crapper for up to 3 years.
It is faster to lose points than it is to earn them, so be careful what you apply for.
There are free sites online where you can get your credit report, just Google "Free Credit Report".
Also, the man above is correct, no credit is worse than bad credit. |

You can view your bureaus for free at annualcreditreport.com which will show you your trade lines. You will have to pay if you want to see your score but that is not important as viewing your limits and derogs. |

The 3 Credit bureaus are Experion, Equifax and TransUnion. You are allowed a free Credit report once a year or if declined for credit. Its free. You have to pay for the score. The report is free. |

Thats because you have NO CREDIT. Sometimes no credit is worse than bad credit.
Get a credit card, pay things off, etc etc. Get good credit. That's how it works. |
