Why do you want to leave the existing job?

Paul Rules
coz it is sh*t!!

MadMaxx
Because I work for the federal govt and am tired of the minority hiring thing. I'm tired of working with incompetant people that were hired because of their race or disability. EOE... is NOT equal! It's preferential and racist!

I left my then existing job to venture into my own business. I believe that for better or for worst, I am answerable only to myself.

Today, I am glad I did the right move to venture out on my own.

For growth and satisfaction.

- time to move on and learn new things and meet new people
- no advancement prospect
- the work environment is zapping up your energy (e.g. colleagues, boss, work)
- the job is eating into your personal life
- being taken for granted by the team
- pay does not commensurate your efforts and contributions

The scope of my existing job is limited .And I want an opportunity to perform, learn and develop my skills and experience.

there maybe many reasons to quit an existing job. not the job profile u want. no motivation. no job satisfaction. no growth, feeling stifled. working atmosphere is hostile. better opportunity came along. better environment. wanted to start something on your own etc etc.

I don't. I like my job.

But, most commonly, poeple leave because they are not satisfied for some reason or another.

always a friend
I like my job, but I get paid about 70 percent of the going rate for my skills. It is sad ,but true if you work for a company long enough new hires will start at a high wage than you. my experience and knowledge doesn't mean a thing to the accountants. Now I have to read Dilbert just to start feeling better.

its sad to say it,but lot of time people can not get along in the jobs ...instead of fighting it ,they give up and they leave.
