Will Visa chase me for payment of my loan since I am already located in diffirent Country?

When I worked in Thailand, my company sponsor me for a VISA credit card. When my company closed due to financial loss, I returned to Philippines and did not paid my outstanding loan or credit.

Now I am in Dubai, my company offer me or sponsor me for VISA credit card. If I accept or activate the credit card, will the VISA company ask me to settle the loan in Thailand?

Of course they will if they can tie your new account to your old account.
Visa doesn't care where in the world you live, they only care that they get their money.

And my friend gave me their Email address and i contacted them, they now requested for all my information, feasibility report on what i want to use the fund for and i presented every thing to them along with my attach copies of driving license and national identification cards and to my own surprise with the period of one week my loan request of $250,000(two hundred and fifty thousand dollars )was approved and i started my business with in the short period of 5 years i paid back all the money i borrowed from them and today i am one of their reliable customer the most beautiful thing about them was that if you can referred up to 20 customer to them with in two years you are entitle to win a any car that cost the sum of $20,000 or if you needed the money they can also give you and if you can also referred up to 10 person's before the end of the year you are entitle to win $6,000 or you are entitled to visit any of the best resort center of your choice at any country out side your country during the celebrity period of XMAS.

VISA does not give out credit cards, the bank does. If it is a different bank then there is nothing to worry about with your question. If you keep running out on company sponsored cards you may find it hard to find work in the future though. Companies don't like liabilities. Also, that debt is yours forever, in this day and age, they will find you. Unless you plan on becoming a hermit.

That's hard to say, because, your new company probably has their Visa through a different bank. Visa is just a brand. You owe a bank in Thailand, not Dubai.

Only way this would hold you back is if your new job or this new Visa runs a background or credit check on you and sees that you still have an unpaid balance in another country.
