Basicly whats going on is i lived with my grand mother for a very long time, and im moving out just applied to my second apartment would of got it till i found out for some bull crap reason HER eviction is on my record for credit i never paid rent for her, never owned a credit card never owned a apartment house or anything never did anything wrong for credit but because i lived there for 2 years i get put on her eviction? and now shes going bankrupt so is that crap going on there as well? my sisters have it on their record i cant get a apartment with it on there since its not even a month old and with it showing have no possible ways i called credit companys they can never pull up my record for some reason what can i do to fix this and get a apartment?

You have rights with each credit reporting agency. Use that tactic.

You have a serious problem if the credit bureaus cannot pull up your credit file.
Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, you can demand that each bureau provide proof that YOU were evicted and have that corrected. Same with the bankruptcy. That would only show up if granny used your SSN.

is your name on the contract? If not, request a full validation from the one reporting the debt. They will not be able to provide this and will have to remove it from your credit report. Do everything via certified mail with return receipt so you will have everything in writing. Keep a copy of all communications. dispute this with each credit reporting agency.
Google "debt validation letter" for sample letters. Good luck.
