ok i can go in labor any day now and my insurance is still pending....they messed up my first application and my insurance will not be kicked in until after i deliver....bills will be covered after my insurance goes through...but will happen at the hospital when they see that i have no insurance. Will or can they turn me away? will they treat me different??

They cannot turn you away, if you are in active labor.
Once you get past the admin people, the nurses and doctors on the labor/delivery ward have NO IDEA if you have insurance or not, so they won't base your care on that AT ALL.
