you cant if its been canceled. she has to do it. if it was canceled for non-pay she will have to pay and sign a statement of no loss. if it was canceled for any other reason, she needs to talk to her agent about why and what she needs to do.

Why? if it was for nonpayment you can if you sign up for easy pay where they take the money out of your checking every month. Another thing you might think of is that if your mom has had no accidents state farm is so much cheaper.
