Probalby not. Umemployment is an insurance in most states. If no premium was paid, no benefits are collectible. |

Not only can you NOT get U/B....with NO Tax taken out makes you an Independent Contractor and most-likely will be RECEIVING A '1099'
Then, the IRS will be expecting their share..of all the Taxes you DIDN'T pay.....lol.....Be Careful...they can get MEAN! |
