Every hospital charges differently because they are able to. Small towns are able to charge more than cities. As far as how much your insurance will pay you need to read your benefit book. If you still can't find it then you can call your insurance company and ask them. They are able to tell you your benefits plan. or if you have your insurance through an employer then call the human resources department and ask them for help. they are the ones that work with choosing and administrating these plans and they should be able to help you.
