Anyone know who HomeCare insurance LTD are?.......?
Ive been looking through my Direct Debits and there is a payment coming out by Homecare Insurance. I dont think its my insurance for my phone because I went to T-Mobile and there provider is Fonesafe. I dont think its my house insurance because my provider is E & L and theres a payment coming out from them on my statement.

Thanks :-)

Contact the bank and ask them what the company's real name is (half the time they bill under something else). If it's a direct debit you should have authorized the withdrawal--if you didn't you may have a case of identity theft to deal with. In that case:

I've had a look into it for you, and it seems that Homecare Insurance is part of CPP Group Plc. Homecare sells mobile phone insurance. Fonesafe is also underwritten by Homecare Insurance, so it probably is your mobile phone cover.

well i have the exact same problem. i have contacted my bank and they gave me this address, homecare insurance ltd, holgate park, poppleton road, york, yo264ga. i have happened to notice that the first direct debit was taken in the same month as i started a new mobile phone contract, which leads me to think that it is my mobile phone insurance, but what confused me was that i am also being charged on my phone bill for insurance too.

A quick check on the net shows them as being a provider of ID theft and card protection insurance subcontracted by major firms such as Barclay card and Norwich Union. Also give registered office details

Homecare Insurance Limited. Registered Office: Holgate Park, York YO26 4GA. Registered in England 2793290.

so you can contact them direct

The Ltd shows it is a UK company so a US solution is not useful

Looks like a long term disability coverage - if you signed up for a "free trial" for 30 days, well, you didn't cancel it within that 30 days, and now you're being billed for it.

Bythe way - I suggest you read the E&L policy wording - better do it before you make a claim.
