I have a wonderful idea. Let;s all get an attorney and sue each other. Wouldn't that be fun?? |
|

freddiem

I wouldn't have thought so, but you would have to be pretty sad to attempt to sue someone for bad advice which is basically what answers are. Remember you have the choice of whether to accept the answer/advice. |

Yes they are. |

Technically you could say that an answer is give is in the utmost good faith and you would have to prove that it was given other wise. You could find it difficult for a court to believe that you took this to be the best advice to you, also how would you get the person details. Yahoo would never give that information to you - breach of data protection. |

You are asking an unknown number of people. You don't have to take the advice. You aren't paying and there are no guarantees. Apart from that did you really give you real name and address? How can they find you? You might be sitting in an Internet cafe.
FLOYD R. Yes an excellent suggestion. Just think how happy the lawyers children will be at Chritmas. |

They should be! As a Town Planning Consultant I try to advise people who put up questions on this or related subjects. Some of the other answers given are frightening. If the asker followed some suggestions they would probably end up in the courts. What amazes me is some of these cranks sound so plausible and write with great authority as if they are experts. We all need to be careful. |

It depends on the jurisdiction that you are in. Jurisdiction draws its substance from Public International Law, Conflict of Laws, Constitutional Law and the powers of the executive and legislative branches of government to allocate resources to best serve the needs of its native society. |
