I've supported my local branch for years now even though they were more expensive. I always thought I could just 'drop in' when I needed them. But for this charge just to laser print 1 piece of paper I'm moving elsewhere immediately.
Rant over...sorry.
Additional Details
Got around it by buying a tax disc on-line - they know if you have insurance or not. So Swintons has now lost me as a customer as I'm going to cancel my policy tomorrow. |
