Buy life Insurance gauranteed acceptance?

I assume your asking about buying guaranteed acceptance life insurance. Guaranteed acceptance is not an accurate description. There is no such thing as guaranteed acceptance. No insurance company is going to accept every applicant.

Some companies offer what is considered simplified underwritting. This means they will issue the policy if all of the answers are no. This type of policy typically has an immediate death benefit, in other words if you died the day after issue it will pay the full benefit.

Most of these types of policies offer benefits on what is considered a graded basis. That means that for the first 2 years, the policy will only pay either a percentage of the death benefit or refund all premiums paid with interest.

These types of policies are used by individuals who have been unable to get insurance due to medical history.

I would encourage you to investigate traditional insurance before looking at a simplified issue insurance program. Many assume they can not quilify for insurance due to health. Many companies will do a trial application to determine if you will quilify. It is always better get a traditional policy verses a simplified plan.

Simplified plans typically will cost you more and provide less benefits. However, if you have no other choice, it may be your only option.

Shop around to find the best deal. Some companies offer more benefits than others.

Hope this helps

Purchasing a life insurance policy is a very personal decision that should be based on your own specific circumstance. While most people are accepted for guarantee acceptance life insurance, there really is no policy that accepts all applicants. Why are you interested in guaranteed acceptance life insurance? Have you been declined for other life insurance policies? I agree with the first answerer that you should explore traditional life insurance first and find out whether there might be a better, non-life insurance-related, alternative to guaranteed acceptance.

Keep in mind that guaranteed acceptance policies typically do not pay out for the first two or three years. If you die during that time, the insurer will return your premiums plus interest, not the death benefit, to your beneficiary.

Take care,

Some insurers offer policies with very low limits of liability for relatively very high premiums. They will take all comers. The policies may be VERY limited, especially in the first years. They won't cover claims due to prior conditions, common causes and so forth. I worked for an insurer that wrote this kind of insurance before HIV was well known. They had serious losses. Now their policy wouldn't cover death from HIV.
These policies have to be priced very high because the people who buy them probably have some health problem that prevents them from buying less expensive insurance where the insurer only insures people it thinks are in good health.

GUARANTEED ISSUE LIFE INSURANCE IS A RIP-OFF!!!

The only exception to this would be if you are uninsurable due to significant health problems.
