so i was in an accident,

this is the story,,,,,,,,,,

i stoped at a red light,, and then i was hit from behind,,,

I WAS IN AN ALERO,, AND THIS LADY WAS DRIVING AN IMPLALA,

the lady said she hit me because she thought i was going to run the light,,,

but i did not,,,,, i dont run lights,,, AND SHE HIT ME,,

I CALLED THE POLICE...

they took 20 mins to get the the accident,,

when they came,,, i was talking to the lady that hit me..

the police saw me and,,,,, TOLD ME TO SIT MY *** DOWN,,

SO I WENT TO MY CAR,,

they then went to her car got her side of the story,,,

after that,, they went to their police car,,they then recived a call on the dipatch radio,, and started to drive away,,, i asked then about my side of the story,,

they said,, we could fight it out in court,,

LONG STORY SHORT,, I JUST GOT THE POLICE REPORT TODAY,, AND THEY SAID WE WHERE BOTH AT FAULT,,,

THE POLICE ARE LYING,,, i know this because one of the officers told me she was at fault and she addmittied to me,, that is was her fault,

the lady was crying,, so i guess they felt bad for her,,

BUT,,THE POLICE WHERE VERY VERY VERY DISRESPECTFUL TOWARD ME,,,

MY QUESTION IS,,, HOW CAN THIS BE MY FAULT,,

I WAS STOPED at the light ANd SHE HIT ME,,,

NOW MY LAWYER WANT TO MEET TOMORROW,,,

I HOPE HE IS NOT GIVING UP,, BECAUSE I FEEL THIS CASE SHOULD BE CUT AND DRY,,

AND I ONLY WANT TO TALK TO HEAR MY LAWYER SAY,, THIS CASE WILL BE A WALK IN THE PARK,

SO MY QUESTION IS,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

should a good lawyer be about to handle this case with no problem,,,
once agine,,, the lady hit me when i was at the light,,,

i would have taken pic,,, but it was so cold,, my camera was frozen
