Respect and peace to you. You can ask your insurance company and phone them up and see, but if there is a dispute over negligence, then maybe you would end up suing 'yourself' if it was found that it was your own fault that you broke your toe. So - I doubt it very much. Interesting question though LOL. - soz about your toe....... |

No. Home insurance never covers the owner or the owners relitives. this is done to prevent fraud. |

I wouldn't! It will increase your premiums! |

no even if you could the deductible would cost more that it would to fix your toe. you need to use your health insurnace not homeowners |

Not unless your toe is part of the house. Try your health insurance. |

Uh huh, go on I'm listening
|
no. that was your mishap, not your house's. if a wall fell and broke your toe, sure. but not over dropping something yourself. |

I doubt it, but if you don't beleive the answers, you can read the policy documents. |
|

what u talkin' bout?

Honestly, I really don't think so....but, all you can do is try. I know that I wouldn't be able to. Ouch.....hope the toe feels better soon. |

Your homeowner's insurance does not cover your medical costs. |

Home insurance covers lots of different things. I'm not familiar with all the details of my home policy, but my homeowners insurance agent is always helpful. Try contacting your agent or a homeowners agent in your town. http://www.usinsuranceadvisor.com/Home-Insurance.html They will be able to help you. |

I think you will find that your insurance is for Public Liability and does not cover Personal Injury. Nice try though. I would still check the policy. LOL |

No you can't, house insurance only covers your home & the items in it, not you. That's why we have the NHS! |
