i don't have any clues as to what the labor laws are in the U.K.
however i will say this, if you have a desire to become a real estate agent the only person stopping you from learning about it ..is you!!.
so that when you graduate high school, you will have a jump on any courses you might need too take too obtain a real estate license.
in any case, here's to your success in any field you choose too take...cheers!!. |

Yes, but...
1. He/She might be smart but not mature.
2. Customers may not feel he/she's capable enough (notice I said feel). So, they'd rather do business somewhere else.
3. Who's going to hire him/her? Child labor has its limits.
4. Let the kid enjoy life. This is time for teenagers to have fun and hang out with friends. He/She will have plenty of working time in the future! |

No, plus it is a horrid job! You can't earn proper wages until you are 16. Sell stuff on ebay, baby sit, wash cars, deliver papers. Or invent something that will make you rich! |

i've never seen or heard of a child your age make that kind of money (not legally)
and working as a estate agent.............no indeed
stick with old fashion jobs:
lawn service
wash cars
babysitting |

NOt sure what the the responsibilities that go with that title are but here, you have to DRIVE to show the houses
also if there are contracts that would need to be signed, at that age (here anyway) you would not be able to do that since 14 is not old enough to sign a binding agreement |

No, because you have to be 18 to get the license.
I'd strongly suggest self employment - dogwalking, babysitting, gardening, poop scooping, etc. No one is going to hire a 14 year old for wages. |
