bored, Home insurance is actually very flexible. I don't understand all the fine print of my homeowners policy, but my homeowners insurance agent is always a phone call away. Try calling your agent or a homeowners agent in your area. http://www.goodinternetdeals.com/Home-Insurance.html They will be able to help you. |

Unfortunately no. They can terminate your insurance for non payment of premium unless they receive the full premium payment. They are not non-profit organizations and they have rights also. |

They can only be successfully sued if they violate the terms of the contractual agreement (policy) or a statute. |

An insurance company is not required to take payment arrangements for your policy. (aside from anything that is clearly spelled out in your policy document)
If you don't pay your premiums in full, then you lose the coverage. There's no real way around that, and I'm not aware of any grounds to sue.
Sorry. |

No. They do not have to provide benefits you do not have the money to pay for and no they do not have to take partial payments. |

~~No they can terminate you for non-payment, and there isn't anything you do about it.
Since you are having health problems, call your county's information line. There are some financial aid available for people in hardship situations. They will direct you.
Hope it works out for you, best of luck!~~ |

I am sorry you are in America, you have the right to die in poverty. The sympathy of your countrymen is clear from previous answers. This does not happen in free world, it is sad that you do not live in a free country. I am sorry for your misfortune. |

They are not required to lower the premium costs, and they are not required to take partial premiums, for benefits. If they did it for one person, they'd have to do it for all.
You don't have a leg to stand on, forgive the pun. Just like the mortgage company doesn't have to take payments, and the property taxes don't have to take it . . .payments are due, when they are due. Sorry. |
