Read your policy.

My policy stated if I commit suicide within the first two years of purchase date, my beneficiaries cannot collect any money. After this two-year grace period, regardless of how much my policy amount is, my policy will pay even if I commit suicide.

No You Can't Because You'd Be Dead

If you commit suicide within two years from a policy's date of issue, your heirs cannot collect any benefits. After this initial two-year period, if your death is suspicious and the policy coverage large, the insurance company that issued the policy will ordinarily investigate the claim and not issue any benefits.

You have to read your policy. Normally a insurance will only pay out for commit suicide if it's in force for more than 2 years.

Most life ins co's don't pay out on suicides to your beneficiary's.

However, In some policies there is a clause that states that beneficiary proceeds can be payable after 1 or 2 years in the event of suicide. They do this to prevent people from taking out life insurance for "suicide"ambitions.

Read your policy.

I don't recommend suicide to try to get a policy to payout.

That being said, the place to find out is in the policy contract itself. There are companies out there that after the 2 yr contestency period, will not look at suicide as reason to deny paying the claim. If your beneficiary murders you though they will not get the death benefit, instead they will get a pretty new jumpsuit to go with their new surroundings.

What a question....READ THE CONTRACT UNDER SUICIDE. Most have a 2-year waiting period, then the policy (depending on the contract wording) will pay the beneficiary that is on the policy.
Please do not find out...you won't know whether it does or doesn't.

If you commit suicide then how will you claim money? From heaven :-)

If you want to know whether your nominees will get any money after you commit suicide, the answer is "NO". As far as I know, almost all the insurance companies have this clause that they won't pay money if the insured person commits suicide. Some may pay money, but only after a certain number of years have passed since the policy was bought.

Insurance claims do NOT pay on suicide and you asking the question: Can I claim huge insurance premiums if you commit suicide. Suicide leaves you dead and you can collect nothing. Fool !
