crazy | Can i sue my car insurance? |

Are you trying to sue yourself in order to collect damages from your own car insurance policy? If so, then no your policy will not pay out for first party claims under liability coverage.
No if you have some beef with your auto insurance company, you can sue them (as long as you policy does not contain any type of arbitration clause). Yeah, and good luck with that, you'll need it.
If you have some issue with your insurance company not paying claims, first complain to your agent, if you get no satisfaction file a complaint with your state's department of insurance.
If you want more specific advice, ask a more specific question. |

You can sue anyone, but it doesn't mean you will win. And if they can show that you had no grounds to sue them, you could be forced to pay their attorney fees.
If you want specifics, you might want to include more info. |

You can sue anyone. Winning is another thing. Or does your policy contain an arbitration clause? |

Sure! Here in the USA anyone can sue anyone else for anything. Doesn't mean you'll win - but your lawyer won't care, you'll STILL have to pay him $250 an hour. |

Yes, people sue their insurance carriers all the time. Most of the time that they sue because they are unhappy with the result of a claim - either because they did not get paid or the amount paid was insufficient. Other times, people sue to force the carrier to defend them if they are being sued.
No, they can't drop you just because you sue them for denying your claim. |
