YES!!
I represent companies that will issue policies to marijuana smokers AND provide a 'non-smoker' rate. Why risk failing a urine test or putting off a definite need when there are insurance companies out there who don't penalize you?
I can be reached at jeffdortch@yahoo.com if I can be of any further help. |

Probably, if you don't mention that little fact. |

just abstain for 3 weeks
and see the posts above about the app
a urine test may or may not even be be needed
(depending on how much ins you buy and the company)
a claim can be denied for 2 years IF an ins co
discovers you lied on an app say on a medical question
(or suicide) |

Sure. If they lie. |

Depends on if they do a drug test or not. |

Sure! Just say you don't, if asked. But if you die and they find out , in the process of an autopsy, they can just refund the premium and say "sorry,".then your beneficiary is screwed. |

Depends on How much insurance. The question is whether you smoke. Not what kind of smoking. HOWEVER...their is a question on the app if you are taking "drugs" and medication. If you lie and get caught the misrepresentaion will affect you securing other insurance in the future. |

Yes, but if the MJ leads to heroin like they say it does, then you will be needing that life insurance sooner than later.
By the way, isn't it almost 4:20? What are you doing here? |

Yes, if you lie about the smoking. |

well, if they ask for health records then you will be in a higher quote, but also when they ask you question on health and you answer honestly it will help you in the long run because then you will be covered for the need of that disability since your health insurance new you can since you are a smoker.
but it depends on if your a heavy smoker or just smoke a few times.. |

YES! There are companies that will accept you. I also represent several companies that would offer life insurance coverage for someone that smokes marijuana at a non smoker rate. |
