I work at a place where we get so many days paid time off. I asked my boss if I could take a vacation day on this day and she said that was fine. I was having problems with one of my children and really needed this day off. Later I was checking my cell phone and she had called several times during the day saying she'd changed her mind.....that it was to much of a problem for her and this other lady I work with. They both take off at least once or twice a week. But since I didn't go ahead and come in I was fired. I've worked there for 3 years and have been praised for my good work, by them and clints.

She didn't tell me no.....She said it was fine for me to take off..........later after I was already off she called my cell phone.....Which was turned off...........so I didn't know till it was to late.,
