All the major car insurance companies will take a major credit card (MC or Visa) for payment of your insurance.
Since you are moving you will need to contact your insurance agent after your move to give them your new address. Car insurance is rated by zip code so your insurance may change in premium (go up or go down) if you move to a different zip. You can even give your agent a call before moving so you'll know for sure. |

Sell your car. Buy a cheaper one (ideally, pay cash for the new car). Use the money that you're saving (on the car, the insurance, and everything else) to pay down your debt. You'll pay off your debt faster. In a few months or years, you'll be driving a better car than the one you have right now.

Sure.Many company accept credit card on installment plan. |

Only a couple insurance companies will accept a credit card payment for insurance - like Progressive and Infinity.
The reason most don't, is when you DO take a credit card, you have to pay 3% of the charged amount to Visa or Mastercard - and that cuts into premiums that need to go pay claims. |
