Because the insurance policy is a contract, there are only two parties to the policy. They would be the policyholder and the insurance company. The agent, underwriter, claims adjuster, etc. only come into play to consummate the policy or as a result of the contract. |

You've got 2 partial correct answers already - only 2 parties to this "contract". The named insured and the insurance company. But the definition of "who is an insured" in your contract could be all related parties living in your household.
Read the definition of "Who is an insured" in your policy for a complete understanding of who is insured with your policy. |

1. the policy holder(you)
2. the producer(insurance company)
