We can't answer that. Call an insurance agent. It's going to vary based on where you live, your driving record, credit, type of car...shall I go on?

it depends what state you are in and what type of vehicle you have - you purchase ins for the vehicle not for the person

i worked at an insurance company, and i can tell u now, it will not be cheap. there are ways to make it cheaper however. DO NOT GET A NEW CAR! stay away from sports cars, and when u get hte ins. make sure u only get liability, that covers just if your child were to hit another vehicle. then he has the ins to cover his rear. i got ins when i turned sixteen, and drove a 92 dynasty. i was on my own plan bc my parent didnt want to skyrocket their ins. it was only 92 a month. sounds like a lot, but its actually considerably cheap. if u have ne more "?"s email me at twinkmgr2@aol.com

Insurance for a youthful driver is not cheap anywhere. Talk to your parents and see if they are willing to allow you to be added to their auto insurance rather than obtaining your own policy. You would benefit from any discounts or credits they have and the rate would be much cheaper for you as there would also be adult drivers on the policy. Call a reputable company and they will be happy to answer any questions or give you a quote. Good luck.

If you have a driver's licence and a VIN number from a car you could qet a quote at esurance.com or geico.com. If you live in the North East US or California, your rates will be higher than if you live in the midwest, south, or west.
