You have to go through the police. If a police report was not issued then report a complaint first. I do not trust your reason for asking and I would appreciate my wallet back. PLEASE! |

Ask the police. If someone stole his wallet, that's a police matter, and they can access the ATM camera. |

File report. Then give this info to police. They can go through the proper channels to retreive the tape. What are you going to do with it? If you go after them you will be in moer trouble than their robbery. |

Get ahold of the bank that has the ATM BUT you can not do this without contacting the police first they have to do it |

As someone who has had a card stolen and used at several gas stations(for gas) all I can say is GOOD LUCK! Call the bank. They may work with him on the amount taken. Our bank credited back what was taken once they got a copy of the police report. Of course the sorry S.O.B.s got away with it.....but I believe in Karma. |

Yes go back to the atm machine. Look for the name of the company that service that machine or the name of the company that owns that machine. google that name and they will give you that number. Usually its found in C. S or Contact us once you are in their website. |

only the police can 'request' access to those tapes. Soooo, since a crime was committed...you need to see the police. |

You should file a police report. The police can get the evidence they need (from the 7-11 or whomever) to find and catch the guy. |

ATMs do have cameras. Go to the 7-11 and ask them who the company is. A kid I know got caught defrauding with a stolen bank card because the ATM cams captured his pic on every occasion. They are dated and time stamped. |

I work at a financial institution, and our atm camera is hooked into our own camera network. The best solution i would offer is to contact the police and tell them your idea of researching the camera film. They should be able to assist you in recovering the video. |
