sure you are!! you need to file with social security and find out if you will get disability payments,you might be entitled to back pay,when you file there is alot of paper work to do and you may be interviewed over the phone and be asked to see a social security disability doctor at no expence to you,after that he will make his own determanation if you are entitled to disability payments,from the time you file it takes about 6 months to start recieving your payments. I work in the medical field and in my experience with insurance companies/disability. They will not cover something which they consider developmental in nature. Something would have had to happen to you specifiically, an accident, or illness in order for them to pay. |

Well, you'll probably need a lawyer to get it, if you're looking for Social Security to pay. The problem is, are you long term disabled or short term? Most likely, short term, as only the manic phase is presenting a problem. |
