Yesterday I asked this question
Recently I came across a opportunity from a friend of mine where I get paid (very well) to send messages on myspace for these California based Insurance companies. I would get paid based on how may ppl signed up after I sent them the message. The companies are "One Life World Wide", and "Affordable Professional Insurance Agency"(APIA). They sound professional but so do many scams. I haven't talked to any ppl with the actual company only my friend who has went over it with someone that refereed her and she has read the contract and paid a 16 dollar processing fee. Overall its one of those sounds too good to be true things but if it is true only an idiot would let it go past them. So has anyone else heard of these companies and how can I find if this is real before I get robbed?

Most ppl said it sounded lik a scam and 2 do research. So I looked the up and I found a company profile on start.cortera.com

and I found them on the California Department of insurance website but their license is inactive. so wat should that mean to me as far as this whole myspace thing and do U think its a scam?

my bad, I forgot to mention some of the info on cortea may b wrong as I found the zipcode was different than the one on the california Insurance website. I think cortea is one of those sites where anyone can update it lik wikipedia so I wouldn't trust the phone number, but my friends got there actual one.
